Funnels
Funnels show you the path users take through your website and highlight where they drop off. This helps you improve conversions for sign-ups, purchases, or any other user journey.
Creating a Funnel
Go to the Funnels section in your dashboard and click "Create Funnel". Define the steps users should take in order.
What You Can Track
- Page Views: When someone visits a specific page (like
/pricing). - Custom Events: When someone triggers an event (like clicking "Sign Up").
What the Chart Shows
Once you set up the funnel, Tiny Metrics tracks users as they move through each step. The chart shows you:
- Conversion Rate: What percentage of users complete the entire funnel.
- Drop-off Points: Where users leave the funnel and how many at each step.
Stuck Detection
We automatically detect when users get stuck. If lots of people spend too long on a step or click rapidly, it might mean there's a bug or confusing UI that needs fixing.
